Thank you for shopping with Kivure. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches and prepared with care before it ships.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (rates at checkout)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update with the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@kivure.net with your order number and photos. We will resolve it promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kivure is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
